Amazing things i learnt from Stanley Kubrick exhibit at the Cinematheque Francaise: Hal 9000 was actually a Nikkor fish eye lens | Barry Lyndon used techniques originally intended for his never produced Napoleon film | He spent almost 5 years researching for his Napoleon project | He crowd funded his first feature from friends and family | His career path through documentaries is vaguely similar to my other hero Jean-Luc Godard | Even more astonished as to the detail that went into all his films, as well as how much creatively, technically, and culturally he has contributed to cinema … Stanley Kubrick, I salute you ten times more!
